  • Virtual sessions are offered Monday 8 am to 130 pm and Tuesday 530 to 930 pm

Grief doesn’t always look like sadness; it can show up as anxiety, rumination, self-doubt, anger, numbness, or feeling lost about what comes next.

My work often focuses on the relationship we have with ourselves: the stories we tell ourselves, the ways we respond to uncertainty, and the patterns of self-criticism and overthinking that can keep us stuck. I offer warm, collaborative counselling grounded in relational, compassion-focused, mindfulness and somatic approaches.

I have extensive experience supporting people around substance use and addiction. I am an ally to the LGBTQ2S+ communities.
